Media Counter

Shows the customer's position in the product gallery, e.g. the active index, the total count, or both as "3 / 8".

How to use

Place it in or near the gallery and connect ⛁ Butter Data to the product's Butter Data CMS field.
Set Number to Active for the current position, or Total for the item count.
Style with Font and Color.
For a "3 / 8" style counter, add two instances — one Active, one Total — with your own separator between them.

Number setting	Shows
`Active`	The customer's current position in the gallery — updates live as they move through the slideshow.
`Total`	The total number of media items in the gallery for the selected variant.

The counter doesn't track position on its own — it relies on the Media Slideshow being present on the same page so there's an active index to read.
