Promo Progress Bar State (Legacy)

The state wrapper for the previous-generation Promo Progress Bar trio. Connect ⦿ Under and ⦿ Over threshold designs; live, it shows Under until the cart subtotal (or subscription) condition is met, then swaps to Over. On the design canvas it always shows Under rather than reacting live — connect both and preview the page to see the real swap. If neither is connected, it shows a placeholder instead.

Reads cart data the same way as Amount and Fill, but sets its own Value/Subscription threshold independently — there's no shared state linking the three. Keep the same settings on all three if you're using them together, or they'll disagree about whether the threshold is met.
